When we process refunds, for example when a guest shortens their stay, we process the refund immediately at the front desk. All refunds are done to the same card where the payment was made, we aren't able to make refunds to different cards for money laundering reasons.
Though we made the refund immediately, refunds can take up to 10 business days to reach the guest card, if for any reason the refund takes longer than 10 business days please contact the Samesun where you stayed at and we will inform you of the next steps, usually this means contacting your bank.
