All flexible reservations with Samesun have a 1-day cancellation policy. We require 24 hours notice prior to check-in time (3 PM) to be able to cancel without cost. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to check-in the first night will be charged. If you require to modify or cancel your booking please contact the property where the reservation has been made.
Non-refundable rates, you are able to cancel up to 1 hour after the reservation has been made, after this, the non-refundable reservations are firm and can no longer be modified or canceled.
Delayed flights:
If your flight has been delayed for a day or longer, please contact the hostel directly to notify them of the delay so that we can delay your check-in date. When contacting the hostel, be prepared to give information such as what flight you are on. If you contact the hostel after your scheduled check-in date no changes to the booking can be made. If you booked through an OTA (Booking.com, Hostelworld etc.) you might additionally need to contact them to complete the modification of the booking.
Canceled flights:
If your flight has been canceled, contact the hostel directly before your scheduled check-in for any adjustments to be made. If you contact the hostel after your scheduled check-in date, no adjustments can be made. If you booked through an OTA (Booking.com, Hostelworld etc.) you might additionally need to contact them to complete the modification of the booking.
